Oh those Caesar Salads – years ago I dated a gal back home that could make the most amazing Caesar Salads – I fell in love with both (mom figured it was more about the salad!).
 
I gained a deep appreciation for the glory of romaine lettuce – its firmness, crispness and flavour. This cultivar did not disappoint. It is my first time growing romaine and am certainly pleased with the results.
